Following our invitation to join us, please note that the interest meeting for Charleston Academy will commence after Charleston Church's 10 am service at 185 Main Rd in Charleston, Maine. Lunch will be served in the fellowship hall, during which we will outline the Academy's structure and its alignment with the vision of Charleston Church.
After lunch, attendees will be directed to the epic center, where booths and coaches will be arranged to showcase courses, children's activities, and application processes. Additionally, there will be opportunities for Q&A sessions, browsing through merchandise, and submitting applications with waived fees.

We'll be showcasing a variety of classes to provide a glimpse into our curriculum. From STEM subjects to the arts, attendees can expect demonstrations and insights into the enriching educational opportunities awaiting students at Charleston Academy.

Art - Madeline Cary

Amidst her creative endeavors, Madeline also embraces the role of a nurturing mother, balancing her artistic passions with the joys and responsibilities of raising two children, infusing every aspect of her life with love and imagination.

Chemistry - Heather Speed & Kassie Churchill 

Heather will share her scientific expertise as a registered nurse, while Kassie is an experienced pharmacist. Together they will help your children experience the exciting world of chemistry in a safe and fun environment.

Creative Construction - Joshua Day

As a father of 7, Josh has a genuine knack for working with children, fostering their creativity, and igniting their passion for building. Whether constructing elaborate playhouses or guiding youngsters through hands-on projects, Josh's dedication to nurturing young minds shines through his inventive and engaging approach.

Dinosaurs - Andrea Hatch

Who doesn't love dinosaurs? Andrea Hatch, with her public teaching experience, will take your children on a journey of exploration as they 'dig for dinos' and learn more about these fascinating giants of the past.

Food and Nutrition - Sarah Thompson

Through engaging demonstrations and practical advice, Sarah will help to equip parents and kids with the tools needed to make informed choices that support your children's well-being. Sarah's dedication to promoting healthy eating habits not only nurtures the physical health of young ones but also fosters a positive relationship with food that can last a lifetime.

Karate - Adam McLaughlin

Experience the power and precision of martial arts in our Karate elective at Charleston Academy with our coach Adam McLaughlin. Learn discipline and self-defense techniques while mastering the art of focus and determination.

PE - Elijah Bagley & Christian Valladolid

Elijah and Christian are both active young men with a passion to stay in shape and grow stronger. They will demonstrate all the fun activities and team building moments your child will enjoy and learn from in our PE classes.

Snare Drum - Rocky Faunce

With many years of playing drums under his belt, Rocky is the perfect man to demonstrate this incredibly fun and exciting musical activity.
